CAN YOU DUPLICATE A PICTURE OF A CAKE?
Absolutely! We do this all the time. However, our specialty is creating and designing a custom cake for our customers. This is when we get to let our creative side show. There is no charge for this service.
HOW SHOULD I TRANSPORT MY CAKE IF I AM NOT HAVING IT DELIVERED?
The best way to transport a cake is on a flat level surface. The floorboard or cargo area of an SUV or van are great places for your cake. NEVER put a cake in your seat, they are not flat nor are they level. You will need to keep your vehicle cool. Never stop to run an errand for any length of time in any weather, as the inside of your car is too warm. All cakes should be refrigerated until 1-2 hours prior to serving.
DO WE SHIP?
Yes, we currently ship our Cake in a Jars, Cookies, and Cake Pops nationwide. For any additional questions, please call the bakery directly.
DO YOU DELIVER?
Yes, we offer free delivery within a 5 mile radius of our bakery. There is a minimum order requirement for this free service. We are happy to deliver outside of the 5 mile radius for an additional charge. Give the bakery a call to schedule your delivery. (682) 503-4075. You can also find us on DoorDash.
DO YOU DO CUSTOM DESIGN CUPCAKES?
Yes, we love to create custom designs. You can bring us a picture of what you want or we will work with you to create something unique and special.
HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED FOR A CUPCAKE ORDER?
It depends. For special designs we request a minimum of 3 days notice. This allows us time if we need to order something special for your design. If you are just wanting our normal decorated cupcakes, we recommend 24 hours notice. However, if you need it sooner, give us a call. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
DO YOU OFFER GLUTEN/DAIRY FREE OPTIONS?
No, unfortunately our kitchen is not equipped for special dietary requests.
DO YOU OFFER OTHER DESSERTS?
Yes, we offer an assortment of Cookies, Cake Pops, Cake in a Jar and Blue Bell ice cream. We also do custom desserts for events.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
You can place your order via phone, in person or online. We do not accept orders via email.
***Payment “in full” is due at the time order is placed.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
As soon as we take an order our team starts working on different aspects of the order, whether it is the icing needed or any fondant work that the order may require. We purchase ingredients according to what orders we have, on the calendar, to ensure that all of our cakes are made with the freshest of ingredients. We do not offer refunds or store credits on order cancellations.
